Jennie Savage is an artist/ curator who seeks to transform people’s perception of place through the creation of mediated experiences. Her projects have included museum interventions, a radio station, a bus tour, audio walks, a cinema for the sea, online projects, maps, pamphlets and publications and artist film made for site specific exhibition.

Exhibitions and projects include Sounding City for the Architecture Centre, Bristol, Intermission at the Lisbon Architecture Triennale, Fables From A New World for the National Museum Wales and Oriel Davies Gallery, Out in the World, Meduse Quebec City, Guide By A Stranger, Identitades, Mexico, Common-Wealth Museum for the Common Wealth Games, Melbourne, Guide To Getting Lost for Scan Bournemouth, Cube, Manchester, Pnem Sound Arts Festival Netherlands, Futuresonic Manchester, Brueckenmusik, Berlin. Publications include STAR a psychotopography of place (2006), Concrete A Users Guide (2009), Depending On Time (2009) and Nutopia envisioning future cities, co ed Malcolm Miles (2011).

Fracture Mob was an audio mapping event that invited people across the world to ‘get lost’ simultaneously by taking ‘The Guide To Getting Lost’, an audio walk designed with dis- orienteering in mind.
